Dylan Wiliam
Emeritus Professor of Educational Assessment @UCL Institute of Education
Dylan Wiliam is an Emeritus Professor of Educational Assessment at the UCL Institute of Education. In a varied career, he has taught in inner-city schools, directed a large-scale testing programme, served a number of roles in university administration, including Dean of a School of Education, and pursued a research programme focused on supporting teachers to develop their use of assessment in support of learning.
Julia Wyss
Program Manager @Jacobs Foundation
She joined the Jacobs Foundation in 2013 and has been running the international Jacobs Foundation Research Fellowship Program since 2016 and coordinates projects at the intersection of research and practice. She holds a degree in German and Spanish philology from the University of Basel and a postgraduate degree in Research Management from the University of Bern.
Clara García-Millán

Clara coordinates all phases of the Global Collection and Spotlight projects at HundrED. She earned her Master’s Degree in Development, Education, and International Cooperation from the University of Jyväskylä. Clara has experience working in schools at the classroom level and she is interested in the fields of educational research, educational policies, global citizenship and social justice.
Mariah Eve O'Mara

Mariah is the Head of Communications at HundrED, where she focuses on amplifying the voices of education innovators from around the world. She has lived and worked in 5 countries over the past 7 years, most recently Finland. She has been working in the education sector since 2013. She received a Master's in Education and Globalisation from the University of Oulu in, 2019. She holds a Bachelor’s in Marketing Communications and International Relations from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Lasse Leponiemi
Executive Director & Co-Founder, @HundrED
Lasse is passionate about youth future orientation and he has worked in education and career planning since 2006. He is the Co-Founder and Executive Director at HundrED - a Finnish not-for-profit organization, which seeks and shares inspiring innovations in education. HundrED selects 100 pedagogically sound education innovations from around the world annually and helps them spread throughout their wide network of educators in 100+ countries. Lasse is also a co-founder and current chairman of Mentors of Finland, a non-profit organization that mentors unemployed young people, free-of-charge. The organisation helps over 700 young people find work each year.
